How to remove the shortcut icon on desktop.

It's been awhile since i wrote a post.
This time it will be a tutorial.
A tutorial on how to remove the small shortcut icon on the desktop.

I don't know about you guys, but for me, it's VERY annoying,
maybe because i like my desktop to be clean.

And by the way, i'm using custom icon at my desktop.
